I had a panic attack
I thought I was going to die
The day before yesterday…
I wanted to.

Today I had two panic attacks
I thought I was going to die
But the day before yesterday…
I wanted to.

I finally started treatment for my mental health yesterday.

Middle name

I guess you could say I'm at a loss for words
I'm shattered in-between 2 worlds
Both teeming with vibrant love and beauty
Whatever decision I make one will be overrun and turn sooty
And I'll never be able to love myself again
Myself I would forever disdain
Nobody deserves this kind of pain
But pain has never been my bane
So let's say pain is my middle name

So that I can find the paradise within your eyes
