Being smart
Is a blessing of God
But being smart with sweet behavior
Is the highest achievement of your life
I was a fine man in my prime
They constructed walls around me
Just look in all the history books
Cause I'm there for all to see
Many people bring pretty gifts
And leave them one by one
From flowers to bottles of wine
Oh I'm having so much fun
I listen to the conversations
To what the people say
They praise my every movement
When I lived for everyday
Sweet little poems are written
And the news still speaks my name
But I have a secret to reveal
Inside we're all the same
Everybody has talents
We all have something to give
They call me a Legend
Everyone is a legend when they live
Thank you for the kindness
The love still touches me dear
Now though in heavens realm
I see love in everyone here

Oh, look at the mirrored boy,

A selfreflection destroyed
Got rid of the distorted
Omitted the fractured

I took another avenue
The time was due
To direct me to truth

Another mirrored boy
I eluded,
Circomvented

A deception
Of the opposing persona
Mirrored in a boy
Falsely identified
As a must-be
Piece of me

I heard the dog
In an alley, black
Dark and dank
He wore a jacket
He wore it well

The mobsterdog
Sent from hell
As he smiled his grin
Druil dripping
I started reminiscing

We'd had such great talks
Over the years
In a pub,
During a blackout
He was always there,
The rabid dog,
Always ready to share

We still speak
now and then
Only to back off again
We've had crazy times
We had our share of fun
That was before the misery had begun

But I won't walk his line
I can contain the lust
Cause I forsee
the grim, the repulsive
And the ghastly

Because the dog, you can't tame
The dog from hell
Only there to maim
While being your friend as well
And ****, he wore that jacket well

Can you speak for silence
Can you live for the dead
Can you sell your time
To cry out what's in your heart

You'll know what must be done
To fix the broken
The day you stand alone
And all worth losing is lost

Can you speak for silence
Voice what's in your heart
They let you die once
Now I roar in vengeance

Broken and on my knees
Aching and hurt
Subdued by stabbing fears
The strength I lack
Violently arches my back
As I cry out what's in my heart

So I ask you
Can you speak
when all remains silent
Can you live
for those who died
Can you sell your time
As I did mine
To cry out what's in your heart
If you can, keep strong, for all the people who can't hold on.
Write a song, a poem, words to help them along.

I once watched us burst into flames
Like I wasn't even involved
The part I played in this nightmare
We created ourselves a long time ago
Was this stupid little ghost
A shadow of human nature
Could you stop violating my soul?
Pretend like it isn't that much fun
Breaking my tortured self
Into millions of pieces
All this pain inside of you
It feels like drowning in icy waves of agony
Captain, oh captain - can't you see?
You're guiding this once solid ship
Towards the edge of forgiveness
How comes, the cooling water can't ease fire's heat?
