Onoma
It's the sound of radiation
from a television with no
volume.
Flashes of white rousing
a black sleep...stripped
of image in the depth of
essence.
The heart comes clean
when there's nothing
left...but that which, that
which.
Of all the tales I've ever read,
The saddest one I won't forget--
It is the tale of me and you,
In one disaster that came true.
I'd like to see the sides of you--
Every inch, every step.
I'd like to discover every part of you--
Every corner, every wall.

I have heard of your beauty
But I want to bear witness,
I want to be in awe.
Of God's wonderful gift.

I want to feel your presence,
To be assured of your existence.

And you'll be my lush green mountains,
My evergreen.
You'll be my deep blue oceans,
My serenity.
You'll be my radiant skies,
my eternity.

Emma
The birds chirping outside my window
Their song is so beautiful in the early morning twilight
Their hungry chicks are waking in their nests
And my mind is in need of rest

The sun has barely risen
But the sky holds a hint of blue
And the rain looks cold as it showers down
Onto grass leaving morning dew

Hours ago my mind was still active
As much as it is now hours after
I'll try to sleep soon
And tomorrow I'll wake in the afternoon
But my dreams will be filled with laughter

RIVIS WRITES
I had
a knife to my neck for breakfast
a punch with a crunch for lunch
but I ate ***** looks for dinner
thats how I knew
I was the winner
and when I went up for dessert
never once did they see me hurt
thats how they knew I was a bruiser
and they were backing a loser

A creature of the night
gazed down upon the world,
stricken by the sights,
aghast at all the pain.
A leap,
a scratch,
a screech,
a flap
membranous wings unfurled,
a flight upon the clouds once more,
is all that could remain.
'No need for me', for easily
fears had reached their peak,
a relic of
a bygone age
when cellar doors would creak.
'Man can make his own pain,
the need for I no more,
below the glen, I'll go again,
like we have once before.
But come a time,
when mankind,
can with themselves peace keep,
from out our dusky homes we'll crawl,
and chaos we will reap.'
The light makes my eyes drop,
The heat makes me weak,
My ears close to outside,
And fill with songs of sleep.

My hand becomes my pillow,
My chair becomes my bed,
My eyelids, now, my curtains,
As stars light up my head.
