Everyone   must
choose   one   of
two   pains:

The pain of discipline
               or
The  pain   of   regret.

I've  found the  pain of regret to hurt
so much worse.  Discipline  I learned
in the Marine Corps because if I didn't
learn it, I was a dead man in the war I
                                                       fought.

Discipline is the
          bridge
     between goals
             and
   accomplishments.
