As I read your poetry
I wonder if it's true
Do the demons that help in rhyme
Really have a hold of you

And is the one you say you love
Not returning you the favor
In the poems that you pen
Is this all your life's behavior

Does your father really raise his fist
While your mother screams
As alcohol flows freely in your life
Or is it just poetry

Are you on the verge of suicide
And do you truly cut yourself
Do you feel that worthless in your life
Is what you write a cry for help

As I read your poetry
It often sets me off to wonder
Do you write about yourself
Or do you write about another
I know poetry is a therapy for many of you and just want you to know it breaks my heart at what some of you go through...
As always you are in my prayers...
If death would stop me loving you
Id greet him with a warm embrace
But i doubt even he
Could help me forget your face

If death came round and said to me
Come alain and forget
Id pack my bags and say goodbye
Then i would be set

An eternity of not knowing this pain
An eternity of peace
An eternity of not knowing you
An eternity at least

I can feel my heart break,
Like a physical pain in my chest,
And my breaths are coming out ragged
Because the words you spoke
Are tearing me apart

But you don't notice
Because you're angry at yourself
And my feelings seemed not to matter
And it makes me feel that
I would be better off dead
This is my life.

in a matter of moments
the world crumbling
falling to my knees

the unbearable pain,
the continual need
to cry

my strength,
it's fading
quickly

i can't hold
on anymore
emotions

Purple Rain
Grandfather,
If you can hear me now;
Would you be proud of you baby girl; Growing up in the cold, cold world.
Would be proud of the way I carry myself,
Even though inside I'm not much of a women
Sometimes I dress like a man despite the words that people say
"Don't touch her she's gay."
The tears roll down my face each and everyday
I wish the depression would just fade away
Sometimes I think of you,
And wonder if you ever think of me
After you died my life has been broke as can be
I cut on myself to see how much I bleed
I can't take this life,
for what I am not cut to be,
Stands right in front of me.
Grandfather,
Would you ever look me in the eyes again?
I know I've done wrong
But I ask for forgiveness,
From someone I haven't seen in so long
Take me away

so that for one day,

just one day

everything will be okay.

Please... Take me away.
Just something I cooked up when I was bored.

Emilie
She was a rose dying internally,

No one recognized her suffering,

All that mattered to the world was themselves…
