I bite my top lip
close my eyes
& trust my memories
to remember your smell
biting my bottom lip, I yearn
to capture your taste.
I hear myself giggle
& exhale loudly...
"What have you done
      to me."
Inside my head is spinning
&, this
          this is what you do!
My whole world is opened
I saw the debris
   before I saw you
& that's how I knew
that only once in my life
will ever a storm
  that destroys
so much within
       & around me
be the storm landing
that throws my world
  before picking up
   every broken piece of me
& sculpting me into
   a woman without walls.

Hello Poetry keeps being inaccessible to me and saying "bad gateway" so it's been really hard to get on line xxxx

she was a marionette of the echoes
of her past
corrupting her present.
She was fluctuating betwixt
the anguish of the antecedent and
invariable  sanctity.
She was apostle of the present
but
She worshipped her past
I whispered your name into the inner
twisting curl of a conch shell, hoping
an echo from saltier waves would carry
it through shadow-rimmed currents until it
flowed softly along the shore, like my breath
settling across your neck
My wrath could move mountains
Conquer the tallest Titan
Bone shattering like the bite of a crocodile
It's everlasting
Longer the the Nile
When it's unleashed its vile
Jagged
Unpredictable
More unpleasant then a rotten smell
From a corps a flamed in hell
The devil dwells
Swells as he feast
On this beast
Looking to cause pain
It's inflictions are like cuts from a rusted knife
Eyes blood shot red
Logic has fled
The only mission is to hurt
It pours down like ashes from a slumbering volcano
Awaken and anything in its path mistake for a target
Bargaining on failed attempts
The demons swim in the rage
Wraths locks has been weakened an shaken loose
But this only the beginning
The door is still close
Once its open who knows

Seconds on a watch

Minutes of a show

Time can pass so very fast

And sometimes very slow

Morning to midday,

Afternoon to night

Time is passing always

And never seems quite right.

We sit and think and wonder,

As the hours trundle past,

About all the people

And how moments never last.

They say when you die, your life flashes before your eyes
I saw my life flash before my eyes without the courtesy of dying
But instead
I found my soul
