What

is

anything?
Very controversial topic, yet, art at its highest peak.

Must she take cover, as just another disposable pleasure rather than sacred treasure.
Felt your breath on my back, could've sworn you were still awake. I miss her warmth everyday.
Heart filled with so many empty spaces and I'm just too young to know I can't get over anything. Well I want everything that I have never seen.
Honestly, it was a poor choice of words... thought I'd regret it, but this feeling just rips a soul to shreds. And I'll never forget it.
At times we get carried away. Leaving love letters for no one to read, not even you or me.
Despite this cold and this pain and this twisted lover's game, I see a man I could enjoy, or at least get used to if that's what is best for you.
Felt your breath on my back, are you still awake? Just wanted to tell you, 'please keep me warm everyday.'

You arrived at a time when the times were a-changin'*
Tangled up in blue, blowing in the wind
A simple twist of fate when the world needed saving
One more cup of coffee and your at it again

Like a slow train coming
Under the red sky
Holding back the wicked messenger
With God on our side

You gave us shelter from the storm
When life gave us buckets of rain
To this day you continue to warn
We're still only a pawn in their game

Hope to never say goodbye
On a night like this
*May you stay Bob, forever young
It's Bobs birthday!
These lines are all titles to some of my favorite Dylan songs...
Taking liberty with some to help them fit...

I sit here waiting
Drinking a cold one
Down 6 holding off 1
I wait for you at the end of each can

I sit here waiting
Wanting your gentle touch
Wanting your body against mine
I wait for that excitement

I sit here wondering
Does he remember I'm here?
Probably not, your drinking too
I wait for that answer

I sit here waiting
For your attention
When I get it,
I'm an overactive puppy

I sit here waiting
Trying not to nag
Trying not to ****** you into my room
I sit here debating

Should I grab you?
Should I lock all the doors?
Throw you on the bed?
I sit here

I sit here drinking
Wanting your body on top of mine
Thrusting your hips
I sit here lusting

I sit here wanting
There would be no escape from my room
I would kiss every inch
Until you moan silently

I sit here alone
Imagining
Lusting
Thinking

I want a morning,
A golden glowing sunrise
Where we sit,
Just me and you.

I want coffee,
And words,
And oxygen
To be shared by our lips;
And electric currents
to synchronize our pulses.

I want mornings,
Not the kind where you wake up
sleepy eyed and still tired,
I want the kind where you haven’t gone to bed
yet and couldn’t be more awake.

I want the most catastrophic love story,
The kind that cannot be told;
The kind that cannot be imagined or thought up.

Simply because there were no words,
None which were ever invented,
That could be so impeccably bold.

The tasteless strip hits my lips,
the clouds are exploding.
This is an acid trip.
Eyes scream things you can't tell are real.
All I can do is draw, my pen is surreal.
The touching and pressing is scary inside,
The walls are too close,
There's nowhere to hide.

As the alcohol poured down my throat
Part of me wished it had been acid.
