This world grows in me—
stone and root,
water bending like sorrow—
the river rises,
catching smooth stones,
carrying all that has been broken.

She spills—
cunning as a courtesan,
her movements deliberate—
a quiet confidence in every curve,
never losing herself.

Her hands shape the world she touches—
soft enough to cradle,
brave enough to let go.

The mountain pauses—
a quiet thinker.
Each step is careful,
his resolve etched in stone,
teaching me to belong—
to stand firm.
Even when the wind cuts,
even when the world
shivers beneath me.

And the forest—
ancestral,
speaks of skies torn apart,
alive with things
I’ve never seen before—
its roots speak softly,
a quiet inheritance of strength.
It whispers of lives lived long gone—
a story written in every leaf,
a hand outstretched
from every branch,
reminding me—

I am their breath,
their silence, their strength—
through stone and root,
water and sky,
this world grows within me—

I am not alone—
none of us are.
The river is my mother,
the mountain is my father,
the ancestral forest, my grandparents...
and I, their breath.
I will sit here beneath
the warmth of the sun
I will listen to the slow
movement of clouds
I am comfortable in the
way that time always
leaves me behind
and when I grow old
I hope I grow into
some kind of stranger
in a sleepy village at the
foot of a white mountain
where I’ll write poetry
about wild birds and the way
love never promised to stay ...

Repost
fields of lavender
as far as the eye can see,
in rows of scented purple
growing insatiable idiosyncrasies,
our minds are a rich, deep soil
and the children of our thoughts
run free,

run free
and light,
run free
and careless,
like a river to the sea.

the heart is programmed
to be broken,
to let in the light,
and the earth in us is woken,
our heart will open,
it will open,

when we take in our first
breath of this heaven.
I'm a blind man without a sun.
We live in different mirrors.
You have light for everyone.
I live life that never appears.
Hold the present now
it will be precious.
Hug it, and taste it.
Remember it delicious.
I'm 75
still alive
beat the odds
defied the gods.
My libido dead
wet the bed
depends instead
Keep your head.
