Mysterious Mind
I'm a complainer who shows the world a mask, carved from the most skilled of hands.
I'm not truly me.
I'm a cover up.
A fake.
But that's ok, because I don't  even know me.

Tenderly  now  He's calling,
Weary  one, hear Him say,
"Why will you doubt and falter,
Why will you cease to pray?"
Aching with pain and restless,
Life be a burden too,
Look there's a fount of healing
Out of His heart  for you.

these days

I doubt my ability to get a clarity

Every argument has two versions

I am at the middle and cannot make a conclusion of it

What I do is just watch the show

I know it shouldn't be the case

But, I see no other options
Two people of different perspective

And

Being a common friend is such a big sin

Mediator job is such a tough
What if when we got there it had gone?
what if what we went looking for had
disappeared or had never been?

I have seen the twinkle of a billion stars
but never touched a one
yet felt the gravitas of every spark
that lit my moment in the dark.

An electric ownership that
never fails to overwhelm me,
if there or not it knows no boundary,
my imagination looked, but it was it
that found me and so what
if it is not or never been?
I have seen it anyway.

Want to be Happy?
Forgiveness makes freedom yours
And opens those doors

To truth, peace and love
a pathway you will treasure
Joy beyond measure

And all who know this
Know forgiveness comes from love
It can't be ignored

The truth yours at last
That love comes from Christ Jesus
All you do is ask
I John 4:8  God is Love

A poet is a nightingale
Who sits in darkness in the wood

He sings to cheer his solitude
With sweet sounds noone's ever heard

"In His Land of Dreams"
All Hallows Eve for a child was pop corn ***** , hot apple cider by the bonfire ! Roasting marshmallows , trick or treating , listening to tall tales on cool October evenings ! Caramel apples , pumpkin seeds roasted in the oven , hay rides , county fairs and ***** houses ! Hide an seek in Granny's cornfield , spin the bottle , blind man's bluff !  One potato two potato , tag in the yard , red light green light , blowing bubbles and kick ball !

I will not be remembered as the leader of a mighty Army or drum major in a marching band ! Nor recognized by all of mankind for my scientific acumen , climbing Kilimanjaro or exploring the depths of the oceans ! My eulogy would not describe a man of great intellect such as the architect , lawyer or engineer ! Let my tombstone reflect upon the days of a Father , musician , poet and dreamer , that passed away with curiosity , not sadness .. A sometimes troubled man , with a love for the Arts , sunsets and the animal kingdom with a firm grasp of cherished , life long Southern traditions and moral principles* ...
