my life has always been a courtroom
constant decisions I have to make in a never-ending loop pool
but one sudden case I cannot glare:
my mother's or father's care
two worlds that had collided as one
turned to a hand now holding the gun
I'm asked to choose a place to stay
but leave one side to decay
yet in this trial, cold and grey
I find there is no right way
so I stand, lost and torn
in a court room where right was never born
