The frenzied pace that fuels expression,
from piercing fragments of confession;
Devours its pace from a common source,
when enduring faith rejects its course.

While losing time to run the race,
resisting visions' one can't erase;
The wicked sins' resurgent fire,
dissolves in devil's blackened ire.

In vivid scenes of starlit skies,
revolving planets gone awry;
Cast brightest signals on display,
reaching spiritual heights along the way.

While communing with enlightened souls,
pursuing paths toward heavenly goals;
Resurgent powers' keen revelations,
will emerge from wonders of creation.
With notions purely fixed in time,
the antidote to love's own rhyme;
Fulfills each fear of future loss,
divulging depths from wayward cost.

In languid hours of disarray,
a wounded heart has gone astray;
Pretending life has drawn the cord,
away from meaningful accord.

Eventually the souls resign,
to losing faith in thoughts aligned;
With all the mystery at play,
then seek to find another way.

But in the core of every source,
hope still recalls its mighty force;
And when all hearts meet in one place,
their goal is reached...forever graced.
Along the path of righteousness,
rising notions that are limitless;
Promote the lights of love and cheer,
rejecting minds encased in fear.

Inside a world that's mostly gray,
a friendly shadow shows the way;
Into a place which comforts all,
and spirits answer worthy calls.

Among the shadows that reappear,
are those which banish anguished tears;
For when the road seems quite insane,
a peaceful shadow takes the reins.

My shadow falls across the land,
preparing me to take a stand;
To help the lowly victims of,
the evil which destroys all love.

And when the dreams of angels die,
a second shadow fills the sky;
Where empty hearts can soon recover,
with vows to cherish one another.
Memories of the distant past
Come flashing through my mind
Good times bad times even sad times
Are gone now left behind.
Years move on the past has gone
We move ahead life carries on.
And then there are those photographs
Of folk that I once knew
And all those faces from different places
Where have they all gone to .?
I say goodbye to those good old days
Those days of long ago
But I cannot help but shed a tear
On the melancholy  road.
Looking at some black and white family photographs
Of my family and friends and my pet dogs over the years  Now all are no longer around .just a simple little poem.Melancholy road.
she gave me her nudes
she was bare
and naked
and so out
and open
and i willingly
accepted it
because it wasnt the nudes
that showed her body
the physical aspects
that made her beautiful
it was the words
she didnt choose
and the spontaneity
that left her
either from her lips
or her fingers
or ink

she was as bare
as her nudes
and i accepted
her for her.

Yellow is
a high-minded mood
the extravagance of sunlight
to be touched--
before long
by colors of play
___

It is of hair
tendering golden sun
brown pennies for lemonade
__

Yellow is
bumping into the screaming end
of a lit
cigarette
___

Yellow is
dripping from the eaves
onto an empty soup can
___

It is
spindling sparrow song
from highest perch on roof
his pitch can aspire
___

Yellow is
in rattled doorknob
an infant's sweet
voice wanting – in
Reciting menu
above mattress
edges into sleep
two dark eyes
plead
for yellow
waking
Mother into morning--
“juice.... eggs”

Yellow  _
__
is
opening a car door
at the shore's
unmistakable!
Smells of life
warmth and breeze
touching strings
those kites
of sense
harmonics
above the tone
octaves of excitement
to see to hear to touch to taste
to know
again –

the ocean of my mother
as she calms the waves,
ignores the pouts of us
with stuff to lug out to the beach
the towels, pails and shovels
Picnic basket, cooler
lotion, comic books, her magazines

Mom looks out
She is a good swimmer
Her glasses, dark
Preside
reflecting beauty –

“Take your sister's hand.”

Yellow are the squeals
Feet thrashing sand
of cannot wait
For my daughter, Phoebe and my mother.
In phantom spheres of shadowed veils,
the quiet comfort's quest assails;
To open all the magic doors,
where truth's perfections thus endure.

Erroneous to assume a path,
from heaven's hopes to devil's wrath;
When gifted with a starlit space,
which guides the way in mystic grace.

In massive flight the souls regain,
their magic powers' glowing reign;
Among the clouds their dazzling light,
embraces saintly doves' delight.

No longer ghostly shadows' game,
that whirl and twirl where time remains;
As rainbow streams of heaven's love,
will shine in miracles from above.
When life's entanglements wear you down,
and chaos seems to reign in every town;
Just breathe a sigh towards heaven's holy face,
and God will wrap you in His warm embrace.

It seems quite simple and most clear to me,
we only have to pray to be set free;
As heartened powers rest within our souls,
encouraging us to reach our spirit's goals.

Take another breath and join with kin,
to move us all away from hateful sin;
And with the sunshine showering its rays,
the flowers bloom toward everlasting grace.

Yet when rain falls the meaning of it lies,
within a world of wonder from the skies;
While cleansing every soul of bad intentions,
brings boundless gratitude for spiritual redemption.
Something we truly need in this troubled world !
At first glance a light appears,
which no one dares to follow;
A tingling feeling through our bones,
and breathing becomes shallow.

One step coaxed along the road,
as words float through the wind;
With clarity of prevailing wonder,
they ignite our hearts within.

While overcoming fearful thoughts,
we're propelled into the void;
In a magnitude of sweeping energy,
our mortal souls could be destroyed.

Yet the boundless reach of eternal life,
can color our hearts' passions;
In surrender to their potent dreams,
then dispersed among the ashes.

But sounds reverberate in golden tones,
from the towering strength of light;
And magically we can touch the clouds,
while melting peacefully into the night.
