I’ll never tell you those three words
But that does not mean they’re not there
But when I try to say them aloud
From my lips comes nothing but air.

I’ll never tell you those three words
I’ve resolved to make that the rule
For like that Mary Magdalene
I am no lover’s fool.

I’ll never tell you those three words
But that does not mean it’s not true
I’ll not stay silent, never fear, but for now,
“You know nothing”, will do.
Poem I wrote for a guy. He's alright.
Consult kiosk, medium or sayer of sooth
For answers to riddles seek out earthly sleuth
They lie, can't you tell?
The wise know the quelle
the Word, the bearer of truth
Limerick challenge. Not obscene.

Sometimes people don't understand the promises they're making when they make them.
Most people don't.
Even sometimes I forget.
Thinking of you,
my brain stutters
like a broken radio
crying for mercy;

my eyes quiver
at the shining
of invisible
volitant objects;

my ears tremble
to the silent tunes
of ecstatic
unsung hallelujahs;

my lips seal
from the impossible
pressure
of your beauty.

Where
is the end
to this.

No worries.

Come lover,
I would
gladly discover
your  powers

over the rest
of me.

When I look at you my problems go away.
When I look at you I feel no pain.
When I look at you my bright side comes out.
When you go away my insides shout.

When I look at you I smile so a smile so huge.
When I look at you I refuse to lose.
When I look at you I'm happy as can be.
When I look at you I know I'm in love.
I wish I could run
run as far as I can
till my feet are weak
and I collapse on the floor

to get away from this place
a place that wasn't home
to feel happy and sad
but not yelled at all alone

to look into the sky
without a care in the world
and sit on the grass
in hopes of love

to run is my wish
for a better home
Frogs sing in the rain,
While rainbows dance in a drizzle,

Nevermind.
