But
can you believe them,
the masters of trickery
the advertising men?

do you take at face value
do you google the truth?

does google know the truth
or
is it all a big lie?

Years ago
we didn't know either
but we put our noses to
the wind
and the truth
came in on the
morning air.
Do they know more than me
do we as men know more than them
who knows?

and that's it
isn't it?

the 'who knows factor'
that factors in
to everything.
" There is mystery in the night air "
**- said the Moon
while little stars upon me
began to stare
at the black kitten
catching leaves
scattered in the Old Autumn Wind...
Happy Friday the 13th !

Two hearts fall...

Into each other;

Into the sun.

Both had loved,

and both would perish -

in two graves marked as one.
In
Your
Absence,
Everything
Pleasurable,
Loses its taste..
Anhedonia - inability to find pleasure in what one normally finds pleasurable.
We lived a bit,
We celebrated the god of the sun...oooh Raa,
We sat in our houses, aware of the mouses,
We watched birds through the patio doors.
We cheered, that the goddess is here smiling.
She is most welcome.
Life goes on regardless,
But we sit indoors blooming in our own ways.
For we need to.
We must.

P.s. Raa was a Male deity, Eyptian Sun God,
I'm just weird thinking of the sun as a Goddess,
She's just glorious in my bizarre way out way x
I know the plural of mouse  is mice...mouse was just apt....lol x

tears that run like a raging river...
carving into the skin and flesh.
herald the birth -
a gorge that eats into my heart.

see its wound...
look past its depth
and acknowledge the damage -
a beautiful destruction
that only speaks of
the unforgiving nature
of such salt laden streams.

laments that echo cries
of unbridled pain and hurt.
yet soothing like a hymn -
a sung and hummed
profession of loaded promises
and careless whispers.

a hurt that has latched,
etched permanent
and dissatisfied onto the heart...
a pain that knows no peace
because it’s known
limitless love.
