Sometimes I wonder why I keep writing poems? I was reading through some that I have pre-written but not released yet, and I realized something. They were all similar, talking about pain and what not. I'm trying to change my subject of writing so it doesn't feel repeated, but I don't know.  I feel like I'm best at writing about despair.
Any thoughts?
Yup uwu Just though of this so Im just wondering what other people think

Reflections once blossomed
                   but ideals were cadavers
                                             entombed
in thorns of serrated ethics
                                     now void less.

But streams had dried up
                              leaving echoes
                of rouge images
showing like imperfections emaciated.

Even though a collection once
                           blossoming now vacant.
                   Nothing fades but leaves
seeds of contemplation, to grow again.

when u look at your own reflection. what do u really see. a mistake or a broken record that just skips on the needle going round and round. what thoughts play into action when u think u see whats really not there. the dark thoughts that linger around your sleepless nights laying awake. laying in bed all night awake wondering if every time u look at your reflection what might be next with the darkness in your thoughts. what do you say when you go a whole day silent just pondering.  every time u see your refection  what do u see to accept what natural beauty you have of your self all along.
darkness hanges threw thick and thin

Every word is a mirror
every refelction is full of lies
Her every breath makes her see
What she could never see in her eyes

Every scream is a wall
ecplises all from her sight
Every thought wants to be free
And find him where ever he  hides

Her love is full of pain
Every moment is full of hurt
She stabs herself again and again
But there are only tears and no blood

she waits for her time
For the winds to take her away
Away from all that she knows
She dosent wants to stay
For she has felt too much
It will last her a lifetime
With every touch
She's losing her Mind
Losing herself
She wants to leave it behind
Her heart , her days
Every memory thats dying

Her every tear is a scar
That reminds her of his name
In her arms she holds his cold heart
And she knows she'll never love again

Her nights are nightmares
And now shes too afraid to sleep
His love still follows her everywhere
And She'll always be his dream to keep

Every word is a mirror
every refelction is full of lies
Her every breath makes her see
What she could never see in her eyes

She still waits for him
To come back in her life
Take her with him
Where she can be alive
All she can do is sing
So he can find his way home
In her arms
Where he'll never be alone
she waits for her time
For the winds to take her away
Away from all that she knows
She dosent wants to stay

And you can hear her sing..

'Tears I drop
Are blown away
With the winds
I hope they reach
Where they belong
While I sing
Tears I drop
Are blown away
In search of him
I hope I reach
Where he is now
While I sing'

Happy
Do I make you happy?

The way you make my eyes wanna shine?

Do I make you happy?

The way you make my heart wanna cry?

They're tears of joy fallin down from grace

When I'm with you, there's no better place

But now you're gone and I miss you

The rain won't stop, God, Please take me too!

Why'd you leave me?

Why did you have to go?

Don't you see me here?

I'm sittin all alone.

When you're lookin down,

What do you see?

My refelction in the window

Starrin back at me

Why'd you leave me?

Why did you have to go?

Don't you see me here?

I'm sittin all alone.

Do I make you happy?

The way you make my eyes wanna shine?

And do I make you happy?

The way you make my heart wanna cry?
