My bond between a daughter and a mother
In unlike any other,
We’re silly and wild
Like an immature child,
We laugh, we cry
We get through the hard times.
Even though there is no dad,
She is the best friend I never had.
The worst, the good, all the memories,
Will be in our scrapbooks for all coming centuries.
