I always knew you had it in you
Driving a man insane with words of abuse
A note lies on the floor stating my demise
With reasons why I did this for you

I heard them banging at the locked door
Stepped into the bathtub, time was up
The water was cold, the blade was rust
Hands stretched as I took the first cut

1,....2,....3, I was gone!,
Never to feel the pain of a lost cause
