I love our midnight calls*

i love when we call at 1 am
talking for hours until you get tired
you try so hard not to fall asleep
"I'm not tired"
you say although I know you're half asleep
you finally fall asleep
and I end the call saying
"Goodnight, I love you"
even though I know you wont  hear me
i love everything about you
