All the difference
A voice
speaks of roads walked down
paths trodden
in weariness and pain
On these roads
you will meet
comforters and survivors
souls
not judging, but understanding
compassionate
refusing to be overcome
by bitterness
rather
choosing love
choosing to forgive
that is the road
less traveled
the path to healing
and yes
it has made all the difference!

Easy to do? No, far from it. Does it excuse what has happened? No. Forgiveness frees you to move on, and then lets God do His part.
