Dec 2017
Sky's drifting, mornings cold,
Dreams are lifting, truth unfolds,
Mom's have woken up, kids will too,
Dad's yelling, "kids get to school!"
And I'm sitting here, watching all of this,
How I miss the old days, how I miss the old me,
A life by the window pane, is so hard to see,
But what can I do, my legs can't hold me,
These crutches are there, but I'm too lonely,
Guess you still need time, not sure, just *******,
I've waited so long, feels like I can't no more, G.
What would the future hold?
