I dance in the light and shadows of my true self.
Sometimes the shadows are heavy with a filament
that needs to be observed and cleansed---
A self judgement clinging to aura.
A child crying who felt unloved.
A beings dependent on promises from outside self.
Suddenly, light shines and the dancer feels the power--
A breath that aligns inside grace.
A moment where heart expands with love.
A step where self remembers who they really are.

A time where dancer meets melody
and freedom for inner self is had.
