is sadness the new black?

everyday when i turn my back, i see nothing but pain.

I only see rain, i no longer see sunshine in anyone's eyes.

i look up ino the sky and wonder why,

hurting other people is now somewhat of a trend.

i would like to mend people's broken hearts instead

of shattering them like a beautiful piece of art.

has it always been that way?

is it going to stay like this?

will sadness for ever be the new black?

it would be lovely if i could just throw sadness into a sack.
