Are you self-aware?
Of course, I'm alive, I'm Human
That was not my question
Of course I'm aware, isn't that what you meant?
I will sit and wait, please don't hesitate
Of course I'm aware, I can see, I can feel, I'm Human
How does your humanity stands for your awareness?
How could you say that with such bareness?

Are you self-aware?
I feel insulted, how do you dare!
It is just a simple question
I don't understand, what are your intentions?
I see who's around, I feel the air, I know who I am
Dear friend, you just started back again

Are you self-aware?
Calling yourself a human to define your awareness
Stacking yourself with such unfairness
How are you more aware than the neighbor’s cat?
Knows his surroundings, every step is a catch
Knows what to get, how to get it
Knows what he is, knows where to scratch

Are you self-aware?
I don't know, you took me off my lair
Step out and feel the air
Welcome to the real world, you've been awaken
So who has the truth then?
I wish I could say, but the truth has been taken.
