the galaxy
one does not compete for the sun's warmth;
as one receives what the sun always gives
one does not compete for the starlight in a galaxy;
for a star cannot be compared to another
but one does compete for the moon's affections;
as one does not see all the different shades of the crescent, half or whole
slowly and wholeheartedly,
the moon will shine and everything
will soon come to light
the galaxy, my love
is just a collection; a collection of stories
in which you, and i, belong
