The turning of the wheel
the scattering of seed
the gathering
the grinding of the corn

and betwixt and between
the resting and watching
the flight of a Butterfly
the buzzing of the Bee.

In the same way that the dance of  clouds  does not disturb the sky, neither do the thoughts that fly through the mind disturb the calm and steady state of consciousness.

Grasping at
this essence
some magical
force
of purity

grant me access
to your infinite
wisdom
my source,
and friend

permit me entrance
a desperate collecting
and striving
for your vibrance

this painful
confrontation
with the face
of love

ripping it apart
a graceful
destruction
and fruit
of
surrender

You and I
have a story
behind closed doors,
sneaking at night,
stealing kisses,
secretly holding hands.

But you and I
both know
this story
shall never be told
not even to a single soul.
