Inexpressible something
Hurts  me so deeply
Able to do nothing
Than cry meekly
This happens every week
Leaving me so weak
Is it my feeling of loneliness??
Or feeling of emptiness??

KAVITHA ....that's my name
And I do love my name..
For it has given me fame.
And I thank my parents for the same !

As I do write what my name is..
And in short, I'm what my name is
KAVITHA....a poetry
KAVI....a poet....!!

I don't like to fit in
Where I'm not needed
Be it the world or your heart
Though both mean the same to me.

Her crown shone like fire
Unbowed and unyielding
sturdy, steadily embracing
strength in a shower of rain
utterly in the shower of pain.

Foot grounded amply-
facing storms and thunder
Amid threatening lightning
And drops of rain chilling  
from crown to feet and core .
she stood strong and certain.

Rain recedes, lightning ceases
the storm  and thunder choose peace
She stands  there to a way clearer
like a nourished plant –
basked in brilliance of life.

Trust, hardships and pain
Often head us to spot
where , we  truly ought to be
And, where we need to be
If faced firmly,
With hope for a dawn and light
than drown to depths of dark!!

You see me as a person
A single one,
But within me,  
There are thousand me
One who cries within
And sometimes shedding tears
In the loneliness of own world
And then there's another me
Stamping out melancholies with a smile  
Talking to faces me on the way
Known to me, with bursts of merry
Sometimes cry my eye’s out
Within hands that hold me tight, as own
And sometimes I refrain from dropping tears
As not to drench their heart with my tears
And pan out to  opt a happy face..
Not letting anyone know
What's within me …
Again, The world sees me as a whole..
While I'm whole in pieces .!!

She Stood firm on her roots
tossing head to blowing breeze
Boldly bearing scorching furious heat
And Joyfully embracing the chills
flowing under her heels...
She endured her life each day
To the tunes of nature's choice..
And petal by petals she blossomed
As an angelic wild flower
Of grace and power...
Smiling lucidly to the world around..
Still standing  firm on her roots...!!

Sometimes, it cuts too deep
A wound beyond time’s heal
What hurts more is realizing
Who hurt, and who is hurt —
Both adored by me…!!

The pain of being wronged,
When there’s no fault to justify
Leaves an endless echo of sorrow.
And enduring each moment,
through toughest of trials,
As the pain refuses to ease !!

Every glance at the one in pain
Still inflicts much more in me - pain
When the eyes shine with care
Towards the hurter,
though shadowed by hurt..

And as a silent witness,
So helpless
Every ounce of pain I see
Drowns me down
to Bottom of Earth!!

Bordeaux bottle
Glittered  like  emerald
While the dark red wine
Smiled through the glasses..
Of a  classy store's window .....
And the beaming smile
Of beautiful wine said  it all.....!!
My mind too ....
returned a gracious smile....
But I moved on....
Window seat journey..
Drizzling rain..
Chill weather.. ..
Memories....!!

I was a child, a tiny bird
Grooming fragile wings and dreams
Hoping to live and to soar
To feel the warmth of everything good
And you... none knew, yet you did !!

But in my imperfections
Your pride saw me unmatched for you
With swords of words, you slashed my wings
Cut my heart, left me wounded
A spectacle for others to scorn
Head bowed, flight stolen, forever !!

No tears then—only pain
Lingering, pulsing through every breath
No fault of mine, no harm done
Yet I bore the weight of your fire
A silent ember you never noticed !!

Esteem, confidence, joy—all forgotten,
Now just words, echoes of who I was
My heart still burns, scarred and stained
A shadow of someone I should have been.
What was my crime finding the good in you?

Despite it all, I still see you as good!!

Scorching summer blaze so bright
With the sun fierce from morning to night
Makes me long for winter’s embrace
When the snowflakes dance in grace ..

A world wrapped soft in shimmering white
Sweaters warm, gloves snug and tight
And the walks through snow- step after step
Leaving footprints fleeting and light ..

Again and again, like a child at play,
Enjoying the game until winter’s farewell
Yet with each step, I reach for you—
To hold my hand-  not just for comfort..
But should I slip, or should I fall
so please be ready…. to catch it all !!

Minutes and Moments
Precious and prevailing
Dares me to steal from you
At least a second from each
To relish an hour in paradise
And turn a single day with you
Into a memory for life…
It will remain a wish always ….!!

Seen always with pleasant smile,
Inspires others too to smile…
Strictly follows school motto
Heads anything good “Suo moto”

Love and peace loving person
In every season for every reason
Will make it to his mission
To become a politician
And we wait to present our petition
For problem solution

Simplicity and affability is you trade mark
Backing you in your pragmatic embarks
Wishing you best to reach your goals
Outstandingly in chief minister's role
Running the race slowly
Yet winning the race steadily...

Don't know if
I'm one and  only of  your's  
Or one of the many of your's !!

But ...

For me ....forever
You are the one , only for me
And the only one , for me !!

If you can answer me....

And I will be me
And there won't be any WE......

Are reflections
of your love

Believe in your words
As it soothes my heart. .
Even if contradicts your deeds
That hurts my heart....

Love expressed by words
Melts my heart and drains my pain
Actions, again forms the pain
To hurt my heart in depth...

May be ...that's your love
May be that's what you love
To do with me..  
To hurt me in depth with your deeds!!!

But still. ...I love you like hell…...

Deep hurts finds it's words
Understandable only
To paining souls!!

Love with unlimited affection
Anger sensibly understood
Happy sadness as perfect partners holding hands...
Infinite emotions  heart holds
with eagerness to rest ...
And talk never ending words of silence
Of  feelings deep down in my heart..
Heard to the only heart
That can only love me....
So unconditionally!!

Disturbed mind of
Mounting work pressure
Seeking solace in the arms of
words to flow in the rhythm
of emotions !

I write only on you
For my world of words
Revolves around you..
Creating shades of dark and light
Poems on you!!

Two souls at distances apart
As destiny distanced as part
Like souls of different bodies
still connected with string of love
That grows with glow, visible
solely to the souls that lay afar
known alone to hearts, so sensitive
beating for each other
breathing for one another….
Yearning to be together !!

Like the clouds that colour the sky
You painted on me all colours of happiness, and you are my clouds!!

Like the tides that finds solace
In the warm caress of the shores
I find in you....soothing console
To the troubled tidal thoughts of mine ......and you are my shore !!!

Like the trees that dances to the gentle breeze......my heart rejoices in having you.....and you are my world around!

Left as never mind.

Found no value
I took you as my world
Never observed it
I had You  in my dreams
Dismissed as crazy
I mended my ways for you
Discovered unwanted
I tried to read your heart
But then  realized its absence there..
I searched for your heart everywhere
But found it somewhere
With someone else .....
I loved you so much
But you gave me pain that much
Still love you
Bearing all the pain without you ..
For my love is unconditional......

In your signature smile
I fell too deep..
Now
The Universe in view
For me is you !!

On my little uncolored lips
I felt a press of your powerful lips
Little did I know it was a kiss
One of your styled romantic kiss….
Until it took away my breath
Drowning me underneath.

My burning heart
In the flames of your words
And acts
Plaints in pain
Loud and visible
As the silence in me you see!!
