'Moonlight' he called her
'Why' she asked

"You're the glow that lights up my dark
The white to my black
The torch of my path
The colour to my sight
(Most importantly)
The love to my life"

She smiled
She blinked
He disappeared

She blinked
He appeared
She cried

"My Moonlight" he whispered
"Yours" she smiled
Vanished. Together.

I've always loved the moon. The very fact that she comes out when not many people will see her is a beauty by itself, don't you think?
you are the autumn
in France i never
spent
the courage i
couldn't summon

stars shoot
when i stare at
my feet

you are the poem
that never came
I've become so custom to the side effects of depression, that they don't even seem abnormal anymore.
Never being able to sleep, but always being tired.
Oh that's no big deal, i'll just blame it on the coffee.
Not having enough energy to complete even the simplest of tasks.
But that's okay, you're just a lazy kid.
Constantly feeling like you're never good enough, that nobody even likes you or wants you around.
Oh stop it, don't be so clueless. That's just common teenage emotions.
Having to talk yourself into getting out of bed in the morning, because you would rather be dead than face the rest of the day.
Oh just get over yourself, you're being too dramatic, is what they'll say.
But little do they know, none of this is normal.
No one should have to wake up everyday, wishing that yesterday would've be their last.
How common do you think it is, to wish every single breath you take would be your last?
None of this is common, not in the slightest bit.
Can you please tell me why anyone would want to be like this?
People let you believe that depression is just a phase; something you can snap out of at any given day
But in reality, you can't; it is a life long disease that takes years to overcome.
And just like any disease, if it doesn't get treated, millions of people can, and will, die from it.

I am worth more than a look.

I am worth more than a glance.

I am worth, more.

I have limbs, and flesh, and blood.
I have a heart, I have a brain.

Maybe those things don't always work properly,
but I am worth more
than a sorrowful observation.

Don't you dare tell me I'm not,
because I am
worth
something.

I know I am not perfect,
but I am
worth
something
more
than a single look.

My body, my mind, my spirit are all so incredible.

I am worth more than a look.
To be alone is not so tragic,
to be alone, and yet at peace is magic
but oh to be alone with you
That my love is magic meant for two,
For in this life are many troubles,
we both have more than just a few
but when I see the love that lies behind your eyes
My troubles fade from view
And my world is born anew.
