I live
In a
Glass house
But like throwing stones..
Did you see me in the rainbow
Did you feel me in the sun
Did you hear me in the swallows call
When all your chores were done.
Did you hear me in the laughing brook
or the changing of the tide
For I am always here my love,
forever by your side.

Hear my name as grasses whisper
gently stirred by summers breeze,
as the skylark sings my love for you
above the rustling trees.
Here I dance in your hearts meadow,
daisy chains set in my hair,
If ever you're in need of me
you'll find me waiting there.
Cariad is Welsh for love.
Cold morning kiss
Of the landward winds;
How zephyr’s misty pout
Along a smile brings.

The long white line
Goes farther than I see
Shows the incessant flow
And tireless industry

Of the vast ocean
With timeless presence
Basked in mellifluous music
Of the waves’ cadence.

I fall for instantly
This infinite pulchritude
Which gently belittles
My existence’s platitude.
Reflections on a beach visit

There are some nights when
sleep plays coy,
aloof and disdainful.
And all the wiles
that I employ to win
its service to my side
are useless as wounded pride,
and much more painful

Without you here tonight
No one else qualified
As enjoyable company
Your funeral was a low-key affair
You wasn't there
And even the clock stood still
As though you were it's second battery
How could it work without you
Death has the power to make even the most damaged person look peaceful
And that's when I realised
For someone like you
Only death could bring peace
You were always out of place
It will finally put your demons to rest
So rest happy
I know
You're finally home

I focus on the way the crimson
Swirls and turns pink
When it meets water droplets
In the sink
And runs slowly down the drain
Taking apart of me with it

I pulled them, I snipped them off,
She loves me, she loves me not,
With each pull a muffled scream
Then the snip,
Deep terrified Agonizing scream
Pain,
Blood,
Bone,
Then its thrown on the floor,
One of many, not many more to go,
"Do you love me"
NO
"She loves me not"
Another one broken, then left till
The next one is snipped off,
She thinks is she the only one?
Looks behind,
To see jars labelled loved me not,
So many before, the same question
"Do you love me"
"No you do not"
He called them his petals,
But where was the stem they had come from,
He came to find her still,
The question asked
"Do you love me"
YES
"She loves me,"
"She loves me not"
A petal did not fall upon the floor
He looked with head at an angle,
You love me?
After what I have done,
She smiles through the pain,
I always did love you,
I needed to see how far you would go,
With that he slowly undid the straps,
A bandage for her digits missing
Now lying blooded on the floor,
She had seen it behind,
He had give her a drink,
"She was so close to being free,"
He had a look in his eye,
As she turned
She heard a different rhyme
"Miss Polly had a dolly"
"&"
"Its"
"Head"
"Fell off"
Last words spoke, as no digits removed
"Instead a head rolls along the floor"
A stem lies bleeding
The face frozen in shock
As the head added to the heads  **fell off jars,
