Let me go for a gleeful ride on the rainbow
Or sit on the moon to watch the stars put up a show
Put on my wings and light up the night with fireflies
Or just calming the earth as the wind in disguise

Sometimes it seems to me that all I do is dream
Try as hard as I might by any ways and means
Please don't force me to face reality
When all I want to do in life is take the time to dream

Be it floating on the clouds admiring the beautiful sight
Or dancing with my love in the snow showers
Little fairies hold buckets to collect my tears at night
While I dip into a pool filled with my favorite flowers

Because to me inside a dream is like a playful tune
That I love to sing by any means letting the dreams loose
From the middle of the imagined to the very edge of time
A steady stream I hope to dream forever in my mind

Strolling through a delicious tunnel of sweetness
Savoring the generous free flow of chocolate fall
The trees humming melodies, they leave me speechless
As curly vines of mixed berries crawl up the wall

Using life as the reflection inside of my dream scape
Moving further in the direction of the dream for the dreams sake
Where in time I hope to find what all along I have believed
That the dream I'm in at this moment is in fact my reality

Words, like photons,
are packets of energy,
capsules that carry more
than mere letters or associations,
rather vessels, filled with bits of
comprehensible essence;
everything else we are
escapes us
eludes us

to the dark of caves
and depths of shallow flumes,
thick misty fogs
and a refractive glass lens.

Wild winds blow,
Steadfast and forceful,
The sun stands still
All the while, despite
Green grass and
Branch-bent trees.
The warmth is stronger
Than gusts, unlike us
Fickle living things

I will fall in time,
     Into oceans and
   Into dust and
You will fall in space
     Into lakes and
   Into earth and
We will be different
We will be similar.

Neither of us will survive
The sun's burial,
Content with such, since
Funerals - not for me;
Fickle and ****** we may be,
But lived and loved (Yes!) have we.
A SALUTE TO TEACHERS *

Since time immemorial, in every land,
Saints and teachers, enlightened,
Have shown the way by lighting the lamp
Of knowledge and wisdom, true and fair,
To faltering mankind, mired in ignorance;
In situations painful and conflicting,
Unable to choose between right and wrong.
In the hoary tradition of true teachers
Of all religions the world has seen,
A luminous star, Dr.Radhakrishnan,
Rose on the glorious Indian horizon,
Guided the world with knowledge, ancient and modern,
In the light of the Vedas and Upanishads
As well as the wise doctrines of other religions.
Great Plato's ideal of a philosopher king,
Was realized when he was elevated
To our nation's  highest position as President,
An inspiring teacher, par excellence,
Unfailing light to future generations.

Desolate and lone
All night long on the lake
Where fog trails and mist creeps,
The whistle of a boat
Calls and cries unendingly,
Like some lost child
In tears and trouble
Hunting the harbor's breast
And the harbor's eyes.
I'd love to sing and shout,
Say it all out,
And I'll do that through my written words,
I hope they fly beautifully to you and bring you peace like the view of flowers and beautiful birds.
For everyone who gets to read this. That's my sincere hope and prayer.
