I am on a writers train
destined to move
through landscapes inspiring the written word.

Trees and hilltops
carry visions strong,
food to digest in a poets mind.

Train ignites imagination
with BIG windows
SCENES both cloudy and sunny.
SUNROOF for amazing sights
and moments to savor with others.

I’m on a writers train to journal
with pen in hand
through many a mile
sipping CHAMPAIGN of words.

Care to be my traveling partner
Care to
chat with a fellow scribe
inside a vortex of creativity.

Whistle blows.
Let the ingenuity
writing begin.

dance with light
you have to dance with dark,
so... give yourself a break
and integate.

Merciless
Pitiless
Selfish
And
Inconsiderate

Egotistical
Egocentrical
Self-absorbed
And
Ignorant

Thank you
For showing me
Exactly what I never want to be

We are complete opposites -
There's such a big difference
Between you and me!

I will not cry a river for you but for self
who needs to release pains
that come in currents of undertow.
Currents that flow from this life and past.

Teardrops bond to face
like snowflakes hitting ground.
They shimmer in light on cheeks surface.
They freeze upon features, as feet walk in winter air.

But soon tears like rain stop
and whats left is a smile
as I recall my greatness.
A smile to match the upside down rainbow
in sacred sky.

I am as sacred as sky.

Love is abstract, so it attracts.
One feeling, universal  to all living beings

Plants, loved and nurtured, swing and sway to the music played
Holding roots, withstanding storms
Going lush green when truly loved
Bearing nuts and berries or flowers in bloom
What a sight to behold

Animals, you feed them, pets or non pets
They follow you everywhere
Wanting to be loved and giving back even more
Love that is

Humans, blessed of all the beings,
We can express  ourselves through thoughts and words
Love we receive from and reciprocate to
Parents siblings spouse children friends and all fellow beings

It's true that some barren fields do not yield
Should it stop one from looking beyond
There are greener pastures waiting to be found
God's ways and love is profound

If I could, I would be a floating pontoon to the many lost souls
Bridging their path and holding them together
Till eternity
Coz love in abundance I have found
