Strings sharpen the plane of my words
Psalms heaves as the knife cut my words
These blades shall never hurt me anymore
These blades are the weapon of the unsuffered

Once I locked the heart within a flame
Turns and meanders of the fearless and lame
These blades shall never hurt me anymore
These blades are the weapon of the unsuffered

Angels whispers of the undue fortunes
As tears billow in the depths of the tunes
These blades shall never hurt me anymore
These blades are the weapon of the unsuffered

The rhythm cuts me in halves under troughs
Diced under the authority of dragons
These blades shall never hurt me anymore
These blades are the weapon of the unsuffered

Here I am once again, overturned all latches
Words once again over unfaded skins
These blades shall never hurt me anymore
These blades are the weapon of the unsuffered
The pen is back on :-)

almond fronds for  visions
spidered eyes black a wink kisses
the cheeks   a sunrise nose spry
lips of tangerine peels left after eating  the heart
calmest flowing rivers shoulders of
the places bream nip
for joy under a water slip
she is jungled
shy as the panther in the shadows
sleuthing blending in and standing out
when your eyes do meet a sudden
reality
by god she is  beauty
the forest the green lush
thickets impenetrable dark illusive
illusory a dream a destroyer saviour a wild thing
a nerve fiber a coiled up  bindle
of masks and hard sharpnesses and soft fur
purr
Far beyond the steel grey towers
And flashing lights in evening hours
Through the old forests
And over the streams
Where birds still call
And stars yet gleam
Can a pool be found of silvery blue
Reflecting the heavens that we once knew
With tranquil waters
And wind in the trees
Can I find again
Who I used to be
If I look back
A black rose come on wet tears of streams
And she took off
In the womb of evening tide

If I look back
An old dusty city
Rows of abandoned cars, houses
And a raven stands on the rotten piles of *******

If I look back
A broken frame of glasses on a gray letter in a table
Mystic shadows falling on the light of autumn afternoon
Cradling with the words of unspoken love

If I look back
What gives love, I know also takes too many
Again cover in the dark
Letters of time come to fold

Every single word is a black stone
Comes out  from the womb of the earth
Each word is exploded in a loud word, in synonyms
Certainly fire flashed in buildings, fake minds
         Civilization of all uncivilized

And yet if I look back
A black spot comes back into the line of light
The old raven sitting on it
And on his lips that gray letter of love

meticulously
embroidered on
sagging
bossom
golden heart worn

It’s not that big a surprise
How much I adore Amsterdam
Like immigrants long ago
So welcomed here just as I am
In the historic Lloyd Hotel
To witness a wedding so swell
I’m glad I’m here in Amsterdam

Canals and bikes aplenty
Whizzing past on every street
The Keukenhof gardens amazed
VanGogh’s Museum made me weep
I’m glad I’m here in Amsterdam

We walked for miles & took the train
Our flight home I made not a peep
It must have been that Space Cake
We ate it and went right to sleep
A fond farewell to Amsterdam
Just returned on a 10-hour flight from Amsterdam to Miami, after witnessing a magical wedding of my niece Karen & Fabian, her now Dutch husband, who shared their vows on a boat ride to the Skinny Bridge where they kissed to seal their love. The' Space Cake' made the plane ride back less painful!
