I saw you, somewhere, somewhere

I knew it wasn’t a dream

you were there, I swear

I see you, somewhere, somewhere

I know I’m not dreaming

you are there, I swear

I will see you, somewhere, somewhere

I know it won’t be just a dream

You will be there, I swear

*Because It’s true, you know its true.

Run
those feet were walking slowly

head bowed to the ground

nobody understands

living in black and white

how does loneliness feel?

numb

              stiff

those feet are running

suddenly light radiates its colors

I'm stunned

       I can't follow, I can't keep the light

the loneliness, it's like night breeze

leaves and trees, the moon comes and goes

but those feet keep running away from me.

As to the times and the seasons
As to men and their reason
For though things suddenly come
Whether be demons or the glorious son
We do not thrive in darkness
We were not made for the night
To us stars, angels, harken
You are the children of light

Run
He wanted to get up and run to her,
Now.
Emotional gravity.
There was no thought, only feeling.
No bags to be packed,
No flights to arrange,
Just an instinct to flee.
Regardless of location,
Without her — he was a stranger.
Run.
Don't look back,
She'll be waiting.

Hermann Hesse
How heavy the days are.
There's not a fire that can warm me,
Not a sun to laugh with me,
Everything bare,
Everything cold and merciless,
And even the beloved, clear
Stars look desolately down,
Since I learned in my heart that
Love can die.

I lost my job.
I lost control.
I lost my friends.
I lost my soul.
I lost my appetite,
My thirst.
I lost my blessings,
Found a curse.
I lost my dignity,
My pride.
I lost my heart.
I lost my mind.
I lost my vices,
Virtue too.
Nothing hurt —
Until I lost you.
In the darkness going quickly away to
the dawning colors flowing up in sun,
he strides towards the meadows known to few.
A journey untill distance will be done.

Begin the hunter's creeping for the prize,
though sliver ears are flickering to sound.
Calm muzzle raising towards open skies.
They don't know, forsee, rushing hooves will pound

Strong stag, wise stag, alwaus uncatchable one.
Quickly, breathing rough, they will fall behind.
So go on untill another day is done,
All this time being spent looking for a hind.

Only you, my dear can catch this wild hart.
So take and gently hold my lasting heart.
A sonnet! Took three days but here it is. AP English assignment
