i'm walking in the open fields,
and i see it
the red fur, black-tipped ears,
the agonizing bushy white tail
it stops in sight,
giving me an alluring stare for a few seconds
then swiftly runs with it's black feet in the grass

Broken and blue
Is how love leaves you

Blush so evident
with no make up
like a little girl she laughed

Dressed as she owned
garden of flowers
pretty in colors and bright

Lost in her
world of fantasies
said it was all for her only one

Held her lover tight
and showered kisses
bragged on owning him forever

I felt her in parts
happy and sad
for I'd been same with her lover in past

As Thanksgiving draws near
I want to thank my HP family
Thanks for letting me  sup
With you
Feasting on your words
Digesting them slowly
Savoring.the  tears and laughter
The warmth the sorrow
Topped with love
And nature
All of you have been
A blessing to.me
And for this I am grateful
A warm toast
