A flinty gaze made me lose my poise so easily.
Never in life had I been such a dauntful gentleman when it came to approaching a lady I had eyes for.
I asked God for a blessing before I made a move.
She was spruced up in a Cinderella dress.
And wafts of her perfume made the romantics play in every corner of my head.
She was a fairy that blew my mind away.A lily among thorns when placed together with other ladies,one every hasty man would fall for . Suddenly the "mission impossible"track gave me that chimera of love.
I was only words away from asking her to be mine,when the sound of a bullet killed the silence.She fell laying on the floor.I screamed out loud.
Opened my eyes and it was only a nightmare.

I was once wild and not tamed for love having been heart broken plenty of times
Evil thoughts always played in my mind and chance to forgive and love again was a mythical story I could tell with my ****** look
I lived like Cain in the wilderness
Alone like the oases in the deserts or like the trees with no birds perching on my branches
The picture I kept in my head was me, myself and I and nobody else
To my surprise, the long lived spell was brought to a stop
I didn't see it coming but I felt it sinking
This was a girl I treated differently compared to the rest of the people
She was perfect in each and every way
She often made each day a Christmas day
She picked up broken pieces of me and mended me once again
She brought back light to my dark world
I could now feel the pulse of my beating heart and smile like the flashing street lights
She gave my life a new beginning
She changed me for better
I guess I'm not wrong to say she's the one I was waiting for all my life
I call her my perfect fit

Love was a story everyone told
A song everyone sang
A danger sign on the road and so when you saw it, you had to make a U-turn
And when I met you, it gave me everything
Loving you gave me everything I ever wished for

Rain drops
are the tears
of the
clouds

Rays
are the smiles
of the
sun

Tears of joy
come

The weight of the joy is heavy
