There are days
when the fat
rain beats the
tent like a snare
drum.
Sleep is impossible,
a distant
memory from youth.
Beautiful flowers die,
and green isn't quite
green enough.
It turns to olive brown,
then black.
People don't behave
and we can't make them.
I hope there is
rest when it's all
said and done.

Pagan Paul
You sit there still and pick apart
the stitches from a fallen heart,
and thinking of times long passed,
wondering why they went so fast.

Its a long long road to travel,
Oh, Its a long long road to travel,
Its one big ride and then you die,
Now its a long long road you travel.

The pieces fall, get blown away,
you see your hair is turning grey,
and musing on times long gone,
memories caught within a song.

Its a long long road to travel,
Oh, Its a long long road to travel,
Its one big ride and then you die,
Now its a long long road you travel.

You lay there still and sleep so well,
your final note clear as a bell,
and bobo silent at the last
is grieving for the times long passed.

Its a long long road to travel,
Oh, Its a long long road to travel,
Its one big ride and then you die,
Now its a long long road you travel.
Thought I'd have a bash at writing a blues song.

Maria Mitea
dreamy breeze
to make you fall asleep
like a bird in its nest,
I’ll hold all the
summer rains in my
arms
just for you
I’ll carry all
summer rains, I will
carry them in
my
arms,
like a heart on fire

"Every first issue
of the womb is Mine,
from all your livestock
that drop a male as firstling,
whether cattle or sheep.
But the firstling
of an *** you shall redeem
with a sheep;
if you do not redeem it,
you must break its neck."

Adored words, taken holy
out of any context, save time.

Today, we have wars, where once,
certain ones of us were told peace
is impossible, madness lies below,

all we were required to know,

numbers in sequence,
letters on blocks, stiches on
***** that roll, flatten
into wheels,
squared away, to
cubes that don't, but
do crystalize polygenic
univalent angulate orthogonic
planes, tied at the edges framing empty
solids, using science used
for stomachs,
and gourds,
hollowed solidities
growling distracting rattlings
Hunger apathy perhaps, I grieve in Gaza, from a distance, meandering and making peace with sowing seed of my own kind of same ol' same' ol' another day in paradice.

Germaine
before the sun explodes
on the sky line
can you
look in my eyes,

and tell me
your middle name.

and before the stars collapse
in the prairies
can you
dance with me,

give me
some peace of mind.

I imagine you embracing
That sunlight which was dying to get in
From your room's window—
It became brighter after you removed the curtains.

I envy and I adore—
The bookmark when you hold it in your hands
As you place it back in among the pages of your stories.

I imagine—
That coffee would taste —so blessed.
As it moved very courteously through your throat.

Those petals, those flowers
That you keep twirling between your fingers.
Look more gracious than before—

Are you that lyrical ballad?
Which my fingers long to write.
But my lips tremble to whisper.

What should I write more?—
To tell you
What my heart wants to tell?
Suddenly my heart has made my life like a theatre
And I am an actor, a loner
Dancing to your tunes

Unable to wake up from this dream
Yes, this is my dream —of you
By you; for you.
My dream is you
If you dreamt about someone like I did...
Just a warning!
If not true; these dreams are haunting
I Don't belong here
Pain is what I feel
Anger will not heal
Pain is Part of me it  shows all of me
People made scars on me
wounds hurts alot,  at the end it distroys the soul of me
I guess Paitence is the Key
It will change everything I see
Fake PeoPle all around me
Pretending loving me
Judging, hurting and crushing me
-Not a poet Just struggling
