She had blue skin
and so did he.

She wore a mask
and so did he.

She spent her life searching
and so did he.

but when they met

they saw nothing

but the mask they hid behind

and so she passed him by.

I'm finding it hard to go to sleep
I lost my farm animals, i'm absent of sheep
Finding light is a gamble on a path coated in the night
A battle against the demons and mind, a war i'm forced to fight
Tears streaming down, silently waiting to die
Can't tell you why I sit here and uncontrollably cry
As the dirt comes from land to sink dust back in time
I lose to the curse and lose something so dear of mine...

..And now i'm in bed, sobbing, because...i'm not fine.

The wind is up and roaring mad
Birds and insects fly between its gusts
There is no other way
to get around
They can hear it coming
Between the crying aching limbs
and begging chimes
The wind is having at it
tossing trash cans down the street
Robbins grounded to the lawns
The wind will have its say
or pitch them against the buildings
like a threat

Can the entire ocean
all be swallowed by my eyes.
If I make it to the moon,
will I then feel left behind.
Is there an end to the world,
that is decided by time.
Will I see beauty so great,
that I truly must go blind.
At the end of the last road,
will at least all colors rhyme.
I fear the war will not stop,
these enemies in my mind.
