Like hunger I crave,
the inspiration i have lost.
The fast goes on, the famine eternal
Fading fast into the infernal

I sailed in my sanctuary
My spirit you could not apprehend
Outside and unarmed
I am captured and condemned

Not even a canvas blank
But a bludgeoned battlefield
Diseased and pest- ridden
The contamination distilled

The mundane it has become
The nightmare that breathes
It challenges sanity
Entices and deceives

The experience of existence
I shall not surrender
I'll take a large dose of dishevelled dreams
Help me to remember

Through the door for another excursion
Only to return and fight the distortion
The monotonous monotone fuels the rage
Creation the drive, the fresh ****** page

The words I seek, they seem to evade
But inside the visions are so easily played
So I seek to submerge the savage starvation
Reclaim and rejoice with innocent inspiration

Deep Thought
Define success.* What does it mean to you?
If you listen to the different responses you'll notice, everyone has a diverse perspective.

I see a world being devoured by society’s way of judging who possesses more or less money. How superficial is it to let the kind of car you drive or the clothes you wear define you.

Why are we overly concerned with what success looks like? What if you think you're already successful? Yes, you are successful right where you're standing. Would you believe me? Not many would. Most people are caught up in the pursuit of money to buy more stuff.

Since children we were brainwashed to believe this or that amounts to being "successful." What if the version of success for you is getting out of bed. Or climbing a steep mountain when you're afraid of heights. Do you see the full picture now?

Most conversations lead to “where do you work at?” as if it actually defines me. Granted, if I said I own Amazon, that individual would look at me quite distinctively. Whereas now, they have an opportunity to see what they can get from me. Versus someone that mentions they work at the local coffee shop.

**This is for my generation, for the sake of perception becoming tainted.
Keep your eyes and ears open, this world isn't what is used to be.
If you don't understand, try. If you don't care, then that's your problem.

James M Vines
You plunged a dagger into my heart and cut the cords of devotion. You pulled out the essence of our love and sliced it to pieces before me. What you did not expect is to have the tables turned on you so quickly. I have cried my tears and sewn up the wound you left inside of me. Now that I have moved on and found someone else to help me heal, the blade cuts into you, though you will not let me see it. I know the truth you try to hide as you cry alone at night. The knife that you used on my heart has now cut you to the emotional core. You found out too late that heart ache cuts both ways.

After all our time together
We had but just one fight
I thought that you'd lost interest
So you went ahead && proved me right
In the depths of your spine ;
chakras are aligned they'll awaken at a time
When you bout to lose your mind
its fine
I find im stuck in mazes all the time
the visions in my mind often lost as i am blind ;
Unrefined
losing track of all my time
Obtuse to the benign as a god i couldn't find..
stool ;
I find that i am looking like a fool
the confines of my shell which i returned had kept me cool..
But now
i realize to a god a shouldn't bow
Instead i built myself a pedestal and won't come down..
