If I saw him loving someone else,
Would I still love him?
I’d say no
but the truth? It’s hidden deep within.

I’d tell myself I’m better off,
That it’s his loss, not mine,
But my heart would still ache,
As if I were stuck in time.

I’d smile and pretend to be fine,
Act like it doesn’t hurt,
But inside, a storm would rage,
As I’d watch him love her
and feel the weight of every word.

Would I still love him?
I can’t lie, I know I would.
But I’d let him go,
For the sake of what I should.

Soulless
Life feels way too long

Like my playlist of 600 songs

My mind is way too loud

Like in game of hide n seek

I wish to be found

Loneliness is all I know

Calming down by breathing slow

Smiling when I wish to frown

Swimming in the ocean just to drown

Lost in a deep dark nightmare

Shying away from the latest jump scare

Closing my eyes and hiding away

Wondering if life will be any different today

My life is on pause waiting for someone

Anyone who would search for me

Just to come and press play

Stars don’t shine just to fade away,
And rivers don’t flow to lose their way.

If hands can hold but hearts must part,
What is the point of a beating heart?

If God denies the love we've got,
Then what is the point of having a God?
This is already the 3rd poem i wrote about them and the series won’t even air until 2026

the green notebook hidden in my nightstand
has letters to her on every other page

I read them to shadows every night
until I can fall asleep in her arms

when I wake up
her pillow is cold
You can change, you can grow, but forever and for eternity, you’ll always be her.

The same eyes, the same nose. The same heart, the same toes.

Everything you change is only an upgrade from what you were.

The same tongue, the same ears, the same freckles, and the same tears.

You’ll always be her.
First poem on here.
Today I've just laid
In my bed the entire day
Feeling absolutely numb
And that's what scares
Me the most...

I don't wanna go down
That road again
Every word feels off... everything feels off. But I kinda needed to write it anyway.

Attracted to the broken
Like myself
I yearn to be fixed
To make amends
To feel once again
To wake up to my favorite person at my side
It’s not in the cards for me
And it wasn’t for you
So broken
No matter the repairs
I’ll never feel like new
Find me in a thrift store
Along with the other gems
Marked down due to being used

Lore
I don’t want to remember,
this last month of November.
Gouge it from my eyes,
carve it off my lips,
scrub it from my soul.
You see,
the moon rests high,
while the tides pulled low
and waiting for that change
merely hardens the soft blow.

A good woman
stood by my side
for some time.
And she still
will be with me,
circulating through my veins.

I found her after a storm,
back in the isles
of scorching sun
and rain that purified the air
and created mudslides.

In the puddles of water,
her feet stood,
adored by earth,
by wind,
by glory.

I hope I did not leave you
when I went away, my love,
because you taught me tenderness.
Your kisses live in my heart,
and if I die today,
I know I will be buried
with this great love
you brought me.

I don’t wait for you anymore.
I’ve learned to enjoy
my own company.

Because when loneliness knocks
and wants you to change,
you sit and contemplate
under a starry sky.

And my love,
is it night.
Neruda gets me going some times jaja.

Corrinne Shadow
When I was small
I wrote a song.
It was as wild
As it was long.

I did not know
How to write words
And so I sang
With the morning birds.

Now I am grown,
I am depressed.
I write long things
Just to impress.

I do not sing,
I only sigh.
When I was small
I was alive.
