To my surprise it was truly darkness.

Words circle round and about my head.
The old ones being discarded. The new ones being abused.
The greats look from below and smile.
Edgar and Sylvia are at my feet applauding with a cheerful presence.
I've studied them, carefully,
Asked for advice, and as the pen rushes around the paper,
In my moment, I know I am the greatest poet of my time.

With all of life's phenomena I can not simply deny the truth that mankind has yet to find the key to happiness and to life is not here but within us.
