in death lies the seed of birth,

so as we are cradled in one form,

so shall we be cradled in another.

no reason for dismay,

no cause for anguish
The Trinity within us is the seed of eternal life.  It is God's presence in our souls
that is both manifested here on earth and also present when we reshape at heaven's door
Orbs of beauty grace enhanced
threefold flames of love entranced
enraptured by His light we, lanced
follow Him blindly in a path that has been marked on the day of our precious birth;
Blessed is the fire that burns deep within our soul .  It is the flame of the human spirit touched into being by the mysteries of life. It is the fire of reason, the fire of compassion, the fire of community,
the fire of justice, the fire of faith.   It is the fire of love burning deep in the human heart that exists with Divine Glow inside every human life.
Threefold flame of the heart
from God we will never be apart
He is our Holy counterpart

I gave up
and I gave in.
I caved from the pressure,
and most benign of stress.

I fractured,
I broke the plate.

My cornucopia of delicious,
has no nutrition for my soul.
Meekly I settle for meager.
Weekly, I’ll settle for less.

At least this way I can breath within-
-the full expansion of my chest.
This way I can safely save-
What little sanity I have left.

So to you, maybe I’m a failure.
Maybe it’s true, but monetary designations do not reign in my mind.

For love and life defines the greatest of wealth.

It's funny how the world spins
Even though we walk amongst pins
The needles buried beneath our skins
Our one of few hopes to salvage sins.

Agree to disagree
Though the world's not better off
Mask up, tone down
Zealots will forever scoff

So pray for your neighbor
Hold out your hand
The waves lapping against the Harbour
As the rats bring about the plague.
Please be safe, Vax or not. Do your part to slow the spread.

Oh how beautiful your petals,
how lush your blossom.
Such a tall strong stalk
and wandering tendrils of roots.

No lack of sustenance,
could wilt or wither thy pressence.
The face of your flower demanding the attention of the suns.

Yet beneath your supple color lies
such toxicity known to the few.
You sow the seeds among
neighboring gentle flowers.

Planting their self doubt while
poisoning their colors.
They wilt and die at your feet.
Oh Narcissa, how divine.
INTO THIS WORLD OF LOVE I HAVE BEEN PLANTED
LIKE A PRECIOUS SEED DEEP BENEATH THE SOIL
I GREW UP FULL OF HOPES AND DREAMS,
BREATHING AND LIVING IN THIS BITTERSWEET EMBROIL;
I BELONG HERE IN AS MUCH AS THE SUN, MOON AND STARS
IN THIS WORLD OF LOVE, I TOO CAN SHINE
ALL THE KINDNESS AND LOVE IN MY HEART,
I IMPART & GIVE TO THOSE WHO NEED IT MOST...
I close my eyes and recall yesterdays beautiful summers
barbecues from charcoal bricks and slow basted meats
aromas that lingered long after the first sizzle of rare
Mother arriving with a platter of raw hotdogs and steaks
dad fanning the fire with an old tin top.   Fumigated waves
of thick gray smoke filling the air, we waited hungerly  .
Later stuffed as little piglets we would gather round
the wooden picnic table, and tell stories and jokes.
The sun would slowly begin to descend and the air
would gently cool. We'd all go inside for hot tea
and a little T.V. sitcom.
How I miss the old days, wish I could bring back
even for just one day,. so I could smell the barbecue
and drink mother's sugary strawberry Koolaid,
one more time.

Each time I worry I stumble and stall
With you if I fall, won't feel it at all
For you I fell fast, forget the past
You are my friend, others don't last

Some people shun you, others can't bear
Yet I can take you anywhere
You help me do things I wouldn't normally dare
You make me forget each worry and care

I grasp your neck, and bring you to my lips
The more I indulge, the more I relax my grip
Until I fall and disappear
Into a void of temporary cheer
