I still remember that day,
When our eyes first met.
You were slightly blushing,
While telling your name.
Your curls were brushing your cheeks,
Maybe you bewitched me with the technique.
And the way you smiled,
When our eyes got locked,
Oh,heaven it was enough to steal my heart.
Maybe it was serendipity's desire,
To see you in that bride's attire.
Everyday felt like a beautiful dream,
Where I was a lover and you were my queen.
Everything seemed to be better,
To think we were only for each other.
Who knew mere fantasy just played with me,
The way you behaved with others,
Was always as same as me.
Thought you were a soul who liked to be free.
It was all fine until the reality hit me.
My heart shattered into pieces,
Realized I was a fool in love,
And you, the mastermind, were,
Playing the game of hide and seek all along.

Everybody tells to smile,
In order to live a happy life,
Full of success and lots of joy.
But what if one day I need to cry?
Should I force a smile and try to hide?
What if I think life is a worthless try?
Full of hatred and ugly lie.
Where betrayal is habit which all enjoy.
Let's take a moment to find you.
But don't try to justify.
When all sides of you don't need to hide,
Unleash a new you and let yourself fly.
Call yourself a brave one,
of whom no one can deny.
Finding every part of you. The parts you take pride and the parts which make you embarrassed. Be yourself by embracing every part of yourself. That's it.

Melody?
Isn't it the one you often hum?
Shyly but to be known.
Now you are asking for lyrics?
Cherry lips, silky hair, brown eyes,
enough to make your heart smile.
And tune?
Oh love, Isn't it like the sand dune?
Approaching sea waves that caress you.
Here comes the final song.
Don't be so clueless love,
because it was you all along.
My very first poem. Hope you'll like my small try.
