When monsoon pearls roll down
From Heavens to dry earth,
They'd drench me to the core.

When moonlight leads to You
And you become the moon
I'd need you evermore.

When stars glitter for You
Your smile widens so bright
In bliss I'd pour my heart.

In every breath I take
Sweet scent is what I sense
Your memories bring rain.

She

whispers

rhapsodies

into my ears

draped in love and care.

The idyllic lyrics

and the mystique of her voice

soak my soul in a pint of trance

when she blossoms like a lily in

my arms, to fortify my heart with love.

The clouds are shifting
moving and forming
it's going to rain
flow and pour

I like the rain
it's beautiful and musical
I like the sound
the thunder and lightning

Mum says we have to stay indoors
it's wet and cold
Sitting by the window
waiting and watching

I love the rain
it's special and natural
raincoats and rain boots
daytime or night time

I like to play in the rain
running and dancing
it's fun a lot
till I get caught

The water from the rain
is refreshing and pure
the plants are fed
the earth is happy

I love the rain
and all it brings
there's nothing compared
to it's wonder and existence
I love playing in the rain when I was little and I felt like a little kid again writing this.
There's a slight chill in the air
reaching under my clothes
touching on everywhere
I'm
already missing the warm kiss
of Summer
and it's not yet October.

It feels like December
and I remember
when the cold didn't bother
me
back in the Christmas of
sixty three
when being seven was heaven
under the glittering tree
and mum served us turkey
and trifle for tea.

It must be
that age thins our skin
and
allows the chills to creep in.
