I love days like this
late day sunshine, early summer bliss.
The magnolia smells of home,
no matter how displaced
June breeze, calm and playful
your hand on my bare waist.

Sometimes I stare out beyond what I can see
and wonder who else has been.
Ancient southern trees
covered in spanish moss where leaves grow thin.
The night approaches
a lone rider with no name
the cover of darkness imposed
and fashions mystery just the same.

Growing restless in the thickness of heat
solstice tastes like sugar and a hidden moon
something mindless and indistinct.
Burning for as long as an eye can blink,
gentle little light of beetle make the way
know it could lead me somewhere far, far off
but here, I so wish to stay.

I wasn't born strong
but when pushed
to the limit
a Herculean
I became-
fear I scorned
I began
to sing
my brave  new song:
I was miraculously reborn
and proved
destiny wrong

Tomorrow
I might be
diminished
by destiny
but I'm still
my very own
in being free

The storm has passed.
Now there is silence.
Pain is silently sitting
in some corners of my heart,
waiting to drift into a deep slumber,
never to be awakened again.
when your feeling down write the day away
write yourself a poem and what you want say
say whats  on your mind what is bothering you
write down it on paper is the thing to do

get it of  your chest into the open air
this will ease your mind write what evers there
then your blues will go in a little while
then the poem you wrote. has give you back your smile

izzn
withering smile
fractured skin
dimming moobeam
hinting
tragedies

i grab a pen
and a napkin
cut my words deep
until i bleed
poetries
basked in poetries
soak up in blood
this'd be the death of me
and it hurt me,
hurt me so good.
