What are we, if not for words
Trying to find meaning in this world,
But always coming back to the place
Where our pen and paper submerge.
We are all poets, aren't we?

i closed my eyes tight
and in the glimmering stars
i found your soft hand
i wrote this about someone i'd like to hold once again.
When it's real

He won't always tell you
He loves you with words
Instead
.....
.....
.....
You will love your life
Much more

When it's real
You don't have to question
Anything

Thaw now
Dear forsaken one
Grind us to dust
Dehumanization
DNA oozing
Out of the muck
Of wonder
Return to ****
Pillage and plunder
Now wash us away

I’m so tired, exhausted in fact.
Tired of waiting.
Tired of feeling.
Tired of believing.

I wish I could sleep through it all.
Dream through the hurt.
Dream through the time.
Dream through the numbness.

But I can’t sleep.
Even if I could, I’d still be tired of living.
Just a quick message, I’m unsure to who is disliking all the comments of this poem but I can assure you I like every comment, thank you all for such kind words and constructive criticism. #ignorethehate ❤️
I call you every day
We talk for hours at a time
But you see me as a sister
When I see you as more

She will never know
Because I would not want to
Ruin what we have
