The rain is a harvest,
Of locusts,
Grovelling in the mud,
Igniting the dirt,
With rapid, incandescent movements.

Few of them
Fall on my wet feet
And consummate
The glowless meat,
With Desires.
Which shall remain unfulfilled.

I remember
The last time it had rained,
You were far and oblivious.
Occupied in the obvious.
While I drank the hues
Hoping you could watch
The omnipresence of the drops.
And kissed the ones which lingered,
Later.

The leaves bend silently,
Bowing before the permanence,
Of the present gravity.

Something washes the chains,
Hoping to break the banes,
Yet retires approvingly,
Understanding how unbridled freedom
Can be very
Ungainly.

Soon,
Every sentry returns,
Unperturbed.
The rain leaves us.
Undisturbed.
Back after the rain has evoked an escapist excitement.
Today I did not cry

My face even wore a smile
Glowless.
Fake.
Tired.
Hurt.
Yet a smile.

Today I did not cry

... but inside I have
Waterfalls.

Short circuit: my brain died
Entirety of my IQ fried
Away, she shied
Glowless: my light.
Now I say goodnight,
To whisper delight
For the stars tonight
"I will put up no fight,
If you make things right
Remove me from all sight
Once again all will be bright
As will I, have no might"
I fracture what I want, I hurt what I need, I damage what I've had and I destroy what I love. I need no reservation for this earth. The biggest mistake was to allow my birth

I conjecture that I comprehend
What it entails to be the faraway
Featureless moon, hovering high
In the enormously scorched sky
Encased in lamentation, alienated
From the formation of stars, utterly
Useless, nameless, shamefulness
Emotionless, mournfulness bordering
Its broken beauty, emptiness on the interior
Feeling inferior within a world
Where it doesn’t blend in

I can perceive the undying nighttime
Cries, the stabbing pain that doesn’t slacken
Overstrained, brain drain, beaten, blacken
Fallen, delusional, one-dimensional
Astronomical emotions on overload
Overshadowed, swallowed whole
Glowless, thoughtless, tremendous
Unhappiness elevating, contemplating
Revivification, adoration, concentration
On validation, subtract desperation
And dislocation, with the addition
Of illumination and realization
To create inspiration and gratification
