How do you mend a damaged heart ?
Fractured, cracked or blown apart.
You can't use glue, string or tape
vinegar and brown paper was a fairy tale.

How do you mend a broken heart

You can't buy passion, love or butterflies.
They can only be delivered with a smile.
A smile that could bring nations to war
or make a gladiator kneel before.

How do you mend a broken heart

The same smile that could make a grown man weep
or tell bedtime stories to make a child sleep.
To look upon a smile and its holders eyes
can mend that heart if you let it try.

So how do you mend a broken heart

Not leased or lent,
borrowed or loaned,
only when given will it be whole..
When another holds all you are

Is how you mend a broken beart

I may fall in love one day but their heart beart won't pound out my name
electricity will not flow through my veins with their touch
my fingers will never crackle as I reach out for more
my bones will not ache with their absence
my lips will never endlessly crave for theirs against mine
I may fall in love one day but it will not be ardently enveloping

Whenever you’re near me my beart seems to skip a beat, overwhelming emotions of love that pump through my veins makes it hard to be discreet,

wrapped in your arms like a vine intertwined around a tree, feelings safe and alive living in harmony.
Infatuated by a compelling need, Love so deep and true, I wonder how we managed to follow it all through.

Trials and tribulations, all four seasons we battled it all. Love and pain, rise and fall. One thing I know for sure is love conquers all.
