NAN
I feel. . .
  The cool autumn breeze.

I hear. . .
The swaying of thunderous palm tree's.

I smell. . .
Cheap fields of flowers from your perfume.

I taste. . .
The bittersweet ocean that mocks me.

I am. . .
   waiting

we sighed
so deeply
that the moon
shook
and the stars
rattled
and the night
trembled
to know our names

our tears stained the ocean
but they were really pearls

to be cherished
in an antique box

our sighs and tears
moving skies and seas

breathing fresh life into
the universe

Inside you

is where I want to

be,

thrusting

within the folds

of your mind

penetrating

the sweet softness

of your soul,

throbbing

as I release my love

deep within you.

Working and pregnant?
No time off

Graduated from college?
4 years; no job

Born into a poor family?
Invest in real estate

Paid minimum wage?
Work harder.

Sick in need of meds?
Only costs $750

Born a minority?
Stop being lazy

For these reasons and more
We hope you enjoy your stay
In the USA.
Capitalism is broken.

Have a wonderful day, stay safe, and fight the machine.

Distance.

the trees are sheathed in snow,
the sun
is hidden in the clouds, and smiles come across the miles
to brighten my day, You are far yet near, an ocean apart,
and time to allow. Lost in a gaze of blue, the sky brings it all anew.
Wind whispers to me, of the sea. I fear to step in the water,
fore the swiftness of the high tide may envelope me.
