she is silver to his gold
her tone as cold as snow
he finds her and chases her
he's faster than she's slow

she runs away from him
but he refuses her answer
because as much as she hates him
that's how much he loves her

she falls weeping to the ground
praying to the earth
which plants her as a tree
and allowing her rebirth

he cries among her branches
winds a laurel wreath
he hates himself for trying
and he lives in his grief

And the universe holds a reward
For those who live beyond the sword

To take a swing, who can resist
Whether right or wrong it’s never forgotten

The eyes in the mirror would have their say
But I turned my head and walked away
The rage in our heart won’t be silenced
Even if we abstain from a life of violence...

I saw a seagull
In black leather coat and shades
Walking on the sand

My two future daughter-In-laws went jogging on Saturday and I went bike riding along , we saw what look like a seagull but it's body was jet black and it's face white , made me think of this one :)
Must defo dash now lots to do x
