Lilies of the Valley line a possibility path
They're pushing and poking their way through
Each crack of pavement endues the math
Of lumpish lubberly feet, leaving too few
How I wholeheartedly wish them all well
And pray the clownish tip-toe around
For bright lil' bells by their own can't tell
Who might impose their sacrosanct ground
So step lightly dear wandering and happy neighbor
For Spring be for Lillies of the Valley, hard labor
Mom's house is teeming with Lilies of the Valley along the side yard. This one is for her.
As my eye catches the glimmer
of the coming dusk of my life,
I thank you for reminding me how it feels to love,
and be rejected,
One more time.
I mean this most sincerely, with a slight smile of resignation and satisfaction

I'm sitting here
Thinking nonsense
Trying too hard
To write something...moving.
But nothing.

I'm jealous of those whose words
"Just Flow"
All those beautiful words & thoughts
Coming from you.
I love reading them.

Thank you(:
Just a thank you note to all you beautiful poets/people! I love you and your work! I hope to find my words one day(:
