Everything ends
and the only thing endless
is merely a made up concept
used for organizational purposes

Time is so precious
So hard to find some
Yet so easy to waste
How much we got left ?
Deep thoughts

Time is an illusion
A mindless exclusion
The best and the worst
The last and the first
The past was a risk
Does the future exist?
It travels one way
All day
Clockwise
Then comes sunrise
Time and space
An endless race
Seconds go by
But why?
Time will end
Space will bend
Perception unravels
The mind, it travels
The thought it takes
Make no mistakes
A theory until
With adequate skill
Proof is found
The truth, unwound
We now know
How it shall go
Always, forever
Through every endeavor
Time is present
Space is pleasant
A partner, a friend
Joined till the end
(Can it exist?
The thought is dismissed)
How does it pass?

Time is ticking away.
The watch-chain sways in time:
Swinging and sweeping, weaving and waving.
They watch as time ticks on.

The sun is shining down.
The watch-chain spangles in the sun:
Shimmering and shining, glittering and glowing.
They watch as time ticks on.

The darkness is coming quickly.
The watch-chain disappears in the dark:
Dimming and dulling, slowing and stopping.
They watch as time ticks on.

But time is ticking away. . .

In the silence and the calm
The echoes of the birds ring out
The sky is lit with soft hued light
Announcing yet another dawn

Take me beyond the hectic realm
Of busyness and toil and self
To listen to the birds that sing
Whose joy of life overwhelms

We’re meant to sing and live and laugh
And start each day with hope and praise
Anticipating the wondrous start
Of all that good that will come to pass

The weary daylight
Wants to retire
In the cradle of twilight
The limbs of rays
Can walk no further
It’s been a hectic day
Night shall drape it
With a soft embrace
For it to recuperate
To regain energy
For another arduous day
Daylight in slumber
Night takes over
To make it a grand finale
Silver light heals
