My flesh
           Cracks,
                                 Dry and medium rare.

           Ribbons fly,
Loquacious birds ring in my head,

                                                  Blisters in the moonlight
                    Burst and flood, drown me.

       Soothe my wounds
                                      And cause deafening silence.
